The Itzehoe Swimming Centre is a modern sports and leisure facility that combines various water areas for training, courses and public swimming. The architecture requires lighting that can withstand high humidity and temperature conditions while ensuring safe, uniform illumination. Especially in the indoor pool, lounge areas and sanitary facilities, the lighting must be reliable, glare-free and low-maintenance. To meet these requirements safely and permanently, the project was implemented with lighting solutions from Hoffmeister.

Hoffmeister downlights for uniform and reliable lighting

Downlights from the complx.200 series were used for the project. They are installed in the indoor swimming pool, the entrance area and the sanitary facilities, where they provide efficient, robust and visually comfortable general lighting. Thanks to their powerful lighting technology, high protection class and optimised glare control, they offer a long-term reliable solution for wet and recreation areas. The modular system architecture also allows precise lighting adjustment to the respective room requirements.
