It is not always enough to adjust spots in terms of their orientation and position. Temporary or special exhibitions enable museums to show exhibits on loan from other museums or to make current topics available to the public for a limited period of time. These exhibits usually vary in size and colour, so lighting that is as flexible as possible is needed. Tunable White spotlights

Tunable white spotlights enable infinitely variable colour temperatures from 2700 K to 6500 K with excellent colour rendering (CRI > 90) and a luminaire luminous flux of 1000 lm to 2000 lm. This makes it possible to optimally adjust the colour temperature to the respective work of art and to emphasise the colours according to the artist’s intention. It is also possible to adjust the colour temperature dynamically – depending on the course of daylight, for example. In combination with the likewise infinitely variable dimming from 100 to 1 percent, this results in a flexibility in light production that leaves nothing to be desired. In addition, control by a Casambi light management system is possible via app on the smartphone.

The precise beam angles of the Tunable White spotlights can be modified by means of a mounting ring using interchangeable lenses. This allows the light cone to be optimally adjusted to the exhibit in question. The accessories can be retrofitted without the need for tools. The Tunable White spotlight offers maximum flexibility thanks to its interchangeable lenses, so that the light can be perfectly adjusted to the respective situation in terms of light colour and beam angle and with the appropriate accessories.
