Individual altar lighting
The Romanesque church in Weißensee was extensively renovated and restored. The town church consists of a longitudinal rectangular hall executed in late Gothic forms and a high Gothic choir building adjoining it. It is used as a cultural church: Concerts and other events are held in the former church rooms.
Consequently, there were also special requirements for the lighting. LED pendant luminaires, type car.a 160, with separate switchable and dimmable direct and indirect light components were installed in the hall. For historical reasons, pendant luminaires represent typical nave lighting, as they allow glare-free lighting without interfering strongly with the architecture.
In the choir loft, where a stage is usually also set up, LED spotlights, type lo.nely 3, were installed at a height of approx. 12 metres. These are also switchable and dimmable. The spotlights with a light output of 3000 lm (3000K) serve as stage lighting.
LED spotlights of the type gin.o 2 are installed at the sides to illuminate the altar. The spotlights were plugged into vertically installed conductor rails, type control.x. Various luminaire attachments enable individual illumination of the altar.
